Terrance Cassidy Jr., Geoffrey Mattson and Charles Yorke joined Imperial Capital‘s High Grade/Hybrid Sales team as managing directors in New York and Chicago.

Cassidy joins the High Grade/Hybrid Credit Sales Group in New York with more than 30 years of industry experience. Most recently, he was a managing director in Fixed Income Sales at Societe Generale. Prior to that, he was a managing director at CapRok Capital. Cassidy spent the majority of his career with Bear Stearns as a managing director of Credit Sales.

Mattson brings more than 15 years of experience in capital markets to the High Grade/Hybrid Credit Sales Group in New York. Mattson’s experience includes his role as the head of Fixed Income Sales at SMBC Nikko Securities America. Prior to SMBC, Mattson was a director of Institutional Fixed Income Sales with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and a senior vice president with KBW. Mattson began his securities experience with Lehman Brothers in High Yield Research, eventually transferring to the Credit Sales Group.

With more than 35 years of credit sales experience, Yorke joins Imperial Capital as a managing director in the High Grade/Hybrid Credit Sales Group in Chicago. Most recently, Yorke was a director in the investment grade and high yield sales group with Deutsche Bank. In recent years, Yorke has held IG and HY credit sales positions with Jefferies and Cantor Fitzgerald. Yorke was Head of Marketing & Business Development at CW Henderson & Associates as well as a managing director with HSBC Securities USA. Prior to that, Yorke spent nine years in credit sales at Credit Suisse First Boston. Yorke began his career as a vice president with Salomon Brothers.
