Hilco Appraisal Hires Tourouk as SVP, Western Region

Thomas A. Greco, chief executive officer, Hilco Appraisal Services, LLC, announced the appointment of Joseph Tourouk as senior vice president – relationship manager. In this role, Tourouk will focus primarily on enhancing Hilco’s relationships with financial institutions, private equity sponsors and advisory groups.

He joins Hilco from Union Bank, where he was responsible for business development in the Los Angeles area primarily sourcing and proposing on asset-based transactions and helping companies determine their credit/treasury management needs.

Prior to Union Bank, Tourouk had been with Manufacturers Bank where he helped grow the lending portfolio working in the Commercial Banking Division with middle market businesses. Previous employers include Capital Network, Morgan Stanley and Amgen. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California in Santa Barbara.

Tourouk will be based in Los Angeles and will report directly to Andy Dahlman, who said, “We’re pleased to have Joseph join Hilco. Given his presence and historical success calling in the Western U.S., Joseph is a great fit for us. We look forward to developing new relationships through Joseph’s network and introducing him to our current customers in the West region.”
