Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri (ARHMF), a South Florida-based multi-practice law firm representing domestic and international businesses and investors, added two new attorneys, J. Cooper Green, who joined the Real Estate practice and Alicia Lobeiras, who joined the Corporate practice.

Green focuses his practice on commercial real estate finance, including mezzanine financing, and servicing, as well as acquisitions. He was an associate at Strook & Strook & Lavan in Miami, where he represented lenders in structuring and negotiating commercial finance transactions, loan agreements, mortgages, commercial mortgage backed securities (CMBS) and other real estate transactions.

Lobeiras practices in the area of corporate and financial services and will assist on a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions and complex financing. She joined ARHMF from the corporate practice at Cleary, Gottlieb, Steen & Hamilton in New York.
