Marc L. Hamroff, managing partner of Moritt Hock & Hamroff, is announced Debra P. Goldberg joined the firm as of counsel, expanding the transportation finance group with a new area of practice in the aviation finance sector.

Goldberg concentrates her practice in representing public and private corporate entities, financial institutions, including commercial and investment banks, leasing and finance companies in commercial finance, structured finance and equipment leasing transactions. Goldberg’s practice is sophisticated and diversified with a focus on aviation finance and leasing in the transportation sector. She has facilitated a wide range of aircraft transactions, including handling the purchase, sale and lease of commercial and business aircraft for individuals, corporations, and commercial airlines, as well as the purchase and leasing of fractional interests for individuals and corporations. She also advises clients on compliance with FAA registration requirements for U.S. registered aircraft and structuring issues. Prior to joining the firm, Goldberg practiced in the NYC offices of global law firms, including Dewey & LeBoeuf, Norton Rose Fulbright and Clifford Chance.

Goldberg brings more than 25 years of commercial finance experience to Moritt Hock & Hamroff and resides in the firm’s Garden City office.
