GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group is launching of a worldwide group of independent insolvency and restructuring firms.

The new organization, BTG Global Advisory, represents financial institutions, law firms, private equity and other funds, bankruptcy debtors and creditor committees, operating companies, and other businesses and stakeholders affected by distress. BTG Global Advisory has a particular focus on Europe, the Middle East and Africa, North American and Australasia regions. The group will also provide enhanced coverage in international investment banking activity.

The new grouping of like-minded and entrepreneurial specialist firms means that GlassRatner can now serve its clients and relationships with access to top tiered international experts in a seamless and efficient manner.
