Gladstone Capital announced it invested $7.2 million through a combination of debt and equity to support Century Park Capital Partners’ acquisition of Mikawaya.

Vernon, CA-based Mikawaya is a producer of Japanese pastries and specialty frozen desserts. The company has long-standing relationships in the supermarket and foodservice segments and its products are currently available in approximately 1,800 locations nationwide.
