Gateway Trade Funding Hires Polinsky as Principal, SVP

Gateway Trade Funding announced that Mark Polinsky has joined the company as a principal, senior vice president to help grow Gateway’s Purchase Order business.

Polinsky will be based in Chicago, and brings 20-plus years of experience to Gateway building and running companies. Prior to Gateway, he was the chairman of one of the largest purchase order finance companies in the United States. In addition, Polinsky has extensive experience in manufacturing, distribution and retail businesses as well as in financial management.

Throughout his career, Polinsky has won numerous awards including: Inc. 500 Entrepreneur of the Year, induction into Arthur Andersen’s Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame, induction into KPMG Entrepreneurial Hall of Fame, Crain’s Export Award, Fortune Magazine’s Smartest People under 40 and multiple listings in Crain’s Top 100 Private Chicagoland Companies.
