Burke Gappmayer joined Holland & Hart‘s Commercial Finance practice in Salt Lake City.

Gappmayer draws on a decade of specialty finance industry experience to deliver strategic counsel to lenders and borrowers across a wide range of industries.

With both transactional and litigation experience in workouts and insolvency of distressed loans, Gappmayer has comprehensive experience with every facet of the loan lifecycle. Both lenders and borrowers benefit from his ability to proactively assess business and transactional issues and recommend terms and strategies that protect value and mitigate risk. As general counsel and chief legal officer for Summit Financial Resources, Gappmayer developed expertise in factoring and loans secured by accounts receivables, inventory, equipment, and other assets.
