Eric Fuglsang has rejoined the national law firm Quarles & Brady’s Chicago office as a partner in the firm’s real estate practice group.
Fuglsang helps clients navigate all aspects of their real estate assets, investments and transactions, including commercial leasing, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, commercial finance and development. His experience includes working with both public and private corporations, various commercial enterprises (including business organizations, real estate funds, family office and development enterprises and other market participants), governmental entities and not-for-profits. His extensive experience spans the country.

An accomplished attorney, Fuglsang was named a Crain’s “Notable Gen X Leader in Law” in 2022 and received the Connect CRE “Lawyers in Real Estate Award” in 2023. He has been listed to Best Lawyers in America since 2013 in the category of Real Estate and Illinois Super Lawyers since 2014. He also is a member of the board of directors of The Goldie Initiative. Fuglsang holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Science from Elmhurst University.
