Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson elected two new partners, Matthew Roose and Peter B. Siroka, to its Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department.

Roose is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department, based in New York. He represents debtors and official and unofficial creditors’ and equity committees in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. He also represents significant creditors, lenders and third-party purchasers in connection with Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructuring situations.

Siroka is a partner in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Department, also based in New York. He represents debtors and official and unofficial creditors’ committees in Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. He also represents significant creditors, lenders and third-party purchasers in connection with Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructuring situations.
