The Huffington Post reported former CFA CEO Robert Trojan has filed a lawsuit against the CFA and Wells Fargo, charging he was fired after reporting a conflict of interest between Wells and the bank’s auditors, Freed Maxick, to CFA president, Andrea Petro.

Petro is an executive vice president in Wells Fargo’s ABL group.
