Paul H. Shur, Esq. has joined the law firm Becker & Poliakoff. He was previously a shareholder at Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer.

Shur has more than 30 years of experience handling all aspects of commercial and financial transactions, and related litigation enforcing and defending creditors’ rights. He has represented an array of clients in various nuanced areas: secured lending, asset-based lending, commercial finance, debt restructuring, sales and lease transactions, negotiable instruments and letters of credit.

Shur was previously at partner at Platzer, Swergold, Levine, Goldberg, Katz and Jaslow. Prior to Platzer, Shur was an attorney-at-law at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf. He also served as a partner at the firms of Blank Rome and Reed Smith.
