King & Spalding has added transportation finance lawyer Jason P. Huff to the firm’s Charlotte office as a partner with the finance practice.

Huff joins King & Spalding from Moore & Van Allen, where he was a partner.

Huff represents lenders and lessors in all aspects of equipment finance with an emphasis on business aircraft and rail equipment. He also regularly counsels clients on the financing of manufacturing, construction equipment, medical equipment, trucks, trailers, containers and other types of equipment.

Huff also has advised clients in syndication transactions, including portfolio purchases, single transaction sale and assignments and participation transactions. His practice includes Uniform Commercial Code issues, Federal Aviation Administration registrations, Cape Town Treaty requirements and International Registry registrations.
