Fidus Partners announced it closed three M&A transactions in recent months.

The deals Fidus advised on include:

  • Dexter Axle Company, a subsidiary of Tomkins and a designer and manufacturer of trailer axle, brake and suspension assemblies, has been acquired by The Sterling Group.

  • K&K Screw Products, a North American manufacturer of high-volume, precision-turned metal components controlled by CIVC Partners and GrowthPath Capital, has been acquired by CapitalWorks.

  • National Educational Travel Council, a provider of culturally enriched education travel programs, has been acquired by WorldStrides, a Carlyle Group portfolio company.
