Exchange Capital announced Amy Ball joined the company as account manager, and will be responsible for managing the A/R portfolio as well as providing client services.

Ball brings more than 20 years of banking experience to Exchange Capital, including 12 years with Bank of the Ozarks as branch operations manager in Conway, AK. Prior to that, she spent six years as sales associate with US Bank and three years with Bank of America.

Scott Coffey, president of Exchange Capital, said, “Amy is a great addition to our firm and we are fortunate to have her. Her management, operations and client relationship experience has helped make the transition from banking to factoring very smooth. She is already doing a great job with both internal processing and also communication with clients and accounts. Exchange Capital has provided accounts receivable factoring to small and medium-sized businesses for 23 years, and Amy will be a very valuable asset as we continue to grow our business and provide the highest level of service to our clients.”
