Financing Highlights

  • Dwight Capital provided $50.48 million for Legends Cary Towne, a 354-unit apartment complex located in Raleigh, NC. Josh Sasouness, managing principal for Dwight Capital, originated the transaction.
  • Brandon Baksh, managing director for Dwight Capital, and Brian Yee, originator for Dwight Capital, originated $50 million for SOVA on Grant Apartments, a 211-unit luxury apartment complex located in Denver.
  • Dwight Capital also financed loans for Infinity at Centerville Crossing and Cascades Apartments, two adjacent luxury apartment communities in Virginia Beach, VA. Dwight Capital closed $40.48 million for Infinity, a 236-unit complex that was built in 2016, and $40.24 million for Cascades Apartments, situated on more than 11.6 acres. Baksh served again as originator alongside Karnveer Bal.
