Dorsey & Whitney announced Annette Jarvis, a partner in the firm’s bankruptcy and financial restructuring group, and a member of the firm’s management committee, was named a TMA Global Board trustee. The announcement was made during The TMA Annual Conference in Toronto, Canada. Jarvis will serve a two-year term on TMA Global’s board of trustees.

Jarvis has extensive experience in representing financial institutions, debtors, trustees, examiners, creditors’ committees, creditors, indenture trustees, equity holders, public bond holders and purchasers of assets in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. She also represents receivers in state and federal receivership cases, and has been involved in state insurance rehabilitations and liquidations. Jarvis is a frequent lecturer on insolvency related topics.
