Callodine Commercial Finance hired Kathy Dimock as managing director focused on originations and Michael Watson as principal focused on underwriting.

Dimock will be responsible for sourcing, originating and structuring new lending investments for Callodine Commercial Finance. Prior to joining the firm, Dimock spent 31 years with Bank of America and its predecessor organizations in various departments, including client management and credit portfolio management. Dimock has experience in relationship management and new business development, most recently serving as a corporate banker responsible for a large portfolio of upper middle-market and global corporate clients.

Watson will be responsible for underwriting, structuring and portfolio management for Callodine Commercial Finance. Prior to joining firm, Watson spent six years at Wells Fargo Capital Finance, most recently as a director and senior relationship manager in the retail finance group. Watson has more than a decade of experience in underwriting, portfolio management and restructuring of asset-based loans to North American-based borrowers.
