Crestmark president and chief operating officer Mick Goik announced promotions at the company’s corporate office in Troy, MI.

Goik said of the promotions, “Crestmark has a dedicated, experienced staff, and I am pleased to announce the promotions of these individuals at our corporate offices. They have been important to the success of Crestmark.”

Mike Chmiel was promoted to vice president, systems engineer from assistant vice president. In this role, Chmiel’s responsibilities include environment monitoring; storage networks; deployment of operating systems and applications; and the implementation of new technology. Chmiel joined Crestmark in 2009 as a systems engineer. Previously, he was a Windows server administrator at Comerica Bank.

Don Kelly was promoted to senior vice president, chief technology officer from first vice president, director of IT. Kelly manages a team of six, and oversees all IT functions for the company, which has offices in California, Florida, Louisiana, Michigan New York and Tennessee. Kelly joined Crestmark in 2000 as a programmer. Before moving to Crestmark, Kelly was a developer at Scientific Data Management.

Roland Pascua was promoted to first vice president, human resources director from vice president. In this role, he oversees all human resources functions at the company’s seven offices across the country. Pascua joined Crestmark in 2014.

Andy Swanson was promoted to senior vice president, field exam manager from first vice president. In addition to managing a team of field examiners, and overseeing Crestmark’s field examinations nationwide, Swanson developed a strong recruiting, training and employee-development program that has contributed to the bank’s success.
