Crestmark Names Tomasello, Relocates Roper as Group Presidents

Crestmark recently promoted Steven Tomasello promoted to group president of the Midwest Region/Troy, MI office. Jack Roper, former Midwest Region group president, has been relocated to the Franklin, TN, Crestmark Transportation Services office as its group president.

Tomasello joined Crestmark in December of 2009, and was promoted first vice president, portfolio manager in December 2010. Prior to joining Crestmark, he was the COO at Rexford Funding and managing director of Great Lakes Business Credit.

Roper joined Crestmark in January 2008 as executive vice president, chief credit officer. In 2009, he transitioned to the role of group president of the Midwest Region. Prior to Crestmark, Roper was president and CEO of Marquette Commercial Finance in Fort Worth, TX. Throughout his career, Roper has held posts such as auditor, controller, and CFO at other financial institutions.
