Bloomberg reported that Goldman Sachs Group’s hiring of Credit Suisse Group AG’s Agostina Pechi, former vice president of emerging markets, has left the executive facing a lawsuit accusing her of stealing her former employer’s trade secrets.

According to a complaint filed in state court in Manhattan, Bloomberg said Credit Suisse is alleging that Pechi started systematically taking secret bank data, subsequent to her resignation, when she emailed “highly confidential deal-structuring documents” related to a sensitive deal with a client.
