CoStar Group awarded Keen-Summit Capital Partners the 2020 Power Broker Top Sales Firm award, recognizing firms that closed the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals in their respective markets. Additionally, Heather Milazzo, vice president of Keen-Summit Capital Partners, received the 2020 CoStar Power Broker Award for closing the highest transaction volume in commercial real estate deals.

During 2020, an extremely challenging year for commercial real estate transactions due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Keen-Summit completed several major deals, including:

  • The $100 million court-supervised sale of the L’Ermitage Beverly Hills Hotel (California), one of the largest hospitality transactions of the year
  • The $108.6 million bankruptcy sale of 38 acres of undeveloped land on the Las Vegas Strip (Nevada)
  • The $11 million sale-leaseback for SolAero Technologies (New Mexico)
  • The $8.06 million bankruptcy sale of The Hermitage Club, a ski and golf country club (Vermont)
