Corporate Finance Associates (CFA), an international middle-market investment banking firm, said it was honored by Global M&A Network’s Atlas Awards as winner of the Industrials Deal of the Year, Small Mid-Market, recognizing the Shamrock Manufacturing acquisition by Prime Natural Resources. CFA received the award for its advisory work on the transaction.

Shamrock Manufacturing is an oil field service company in the U.S. that is focused on customer service, quality control and state of the art technology. Houston, TX-based Prime Natural Resources is an operating company, wholly owned by an alternative investment firm with current businesses falling into three major categories: exploration and production, manufacturing and agribusiness.
