Norton Rose Fulbright announced that Michael G. Keeley, a corporate and regulatory banking lawyer, joined its Dallas office as a partner. Keeley comes from Hunton & Williams, where he was a partner, focusing on banking, corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on M&A and corporate governance.
