Based in Cook M&A’s Chicago headquarters, Benson assists private equity clients in executing M&A investment strategies and advises middle-market business owners seeking private equity solutions.

Benson has more than six years of experience identifying and securing innovative business opportunities for clients. Prior to joining Cook M&A, he served as the head of Stratford Advisory Group’s business development efforts. Benson holds a bachelor’s in Communication from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA in finance from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
