CohnReznick added Giuseppe Soccodato to the firm as managing director in its restructuring and dispute resolution practice. Based on Long Island, NY, Soccodato has 30 years of experience in managing and restructuring international companies, critical departments and worldwide operating divisions.

Soccodato is experienced in leading public, privately-held and private equity-backed enterprises in areas such as accounting, treasury, budgeting and risk management. Soccodato has managed lender/investor/operating environments as well as aspects of potential exit strategies for business owners.

Prior to joining CohnReznick, Soccodato served as the CFO for a specialty grocery chain. He also served as the global chief financial/operating/restructuring officer for an international distributor, manufacturer and retailer of consumer products with annual revenue exceeding $400 million.
