Citizens M&A Advisory served as the exclusive financial advisor to Invisors, a Workday consulting firm based in Atlanta, on its recapitalization by WestView Capital Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm. WestView’s investment represents the first institutional capital raised by the company and will help fuel its continued growth in the Workday ecosystem.

Invisors provides initial implementation, optimization and ongoing support services for Workday’s suite of products, including human capital management, financial management, adaptive planning and prism analytics. The company’s founding team has a track record in building IT consulting businesses and has completed more than 200 Workday client engagements.

“It’s not easy to find the right private equity partner, but the Citizens team made the process feel seamless,” Keith Diego, co-founder and partner at Invisors, said. “Their guidance, responsiveness and knowledge of the private equity community as it pertains to the Workday ecosystem made them a great partner for us.”

“Invisors marks our fifth transaction in the Workday ecosystem,” Don Holbrook, managing director at Citizens, said. “The management team has built a high-quality, fast-growing Workday consulting firm that will see continued success from their new partnership. WestView’s track record of investing in technology services firms is impressive, especially within Workday, making them the ideal partner for Invisors.”
