Alternative credit group CIFC Asset Management added Rebecca Levy as a managing director in its investor solutions group.

In her new role, Levy will create tailored solutions for clients and develop new institutional relationships. Based in New York, Levy will report to to Jim Boothby, managing director and global co-head of business development for CIFC Asset Management.

Levy has more than 20 years of experience across portfolio construction, strategy allocation, institutional sales and business development. Prior to joining Aksia, Levy served as VP of commodities sales at Goldman Sachs and VP of foreign exchange and commodities sales at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. She began her career at UBS Investment Bank.

The addition of Levy to CIFC’s investor solutions group follows the firm’s recent hiring of Tatyana Machado as executive director of the investor solutions group. Machado brings investor services, onboarding and sales enablement knowledge to CIFC from her nearly two decades of experience in business development and client service at AQR Capital Management and BlackRock.
