CIBC Innovation Banking provided a debt facility of $35 million to Atlanta-based Intradiem, a provider of automation technology solutions for customer service teams. Intradiem will use the capital for growth and to accelerate the launch of products to deliver on its next generation platform and machine learning initiatives.

Intradiem’s artificial intelligence-powered intelligent automation platform enables contact center and back-office teams to process and leverage millions of real-time data points to boost operational efficiency, agent engagement and customer experiences.
