John M. Cesarz joined Perella Weinberg Partners as a managing director in its Advisory business. Based in New York, Cesarz will be a member of the firm’s restructuring practice.

Cesarz has more than 15 years of investment banking experience. He was most recently a managing director at Miller Buckfire & Co., where he focused on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Prior to that, he worked at Chanin Capital Partners, a specialty investment bank. He began his career at Banc of America Securities.
