Capital One Bank said it appointed George Revock as managing director and head of alternative energy and project finance. In this role, Revock will provide financing solutions to the alternative energy and project finance marketplaces. He will report to Spencer Gagnet, managing director, Capital Markets and will be based out of Capital One Bank’s New York offices.

Prior to joining Capital One Bank, Revock served 13 years at Citigroup where he advised clients in structuring financings in the power sector, invested and syndicated tax equity investments and financed nearly $15 billion of power assets. Revock previously worked at Deloitte, where he provided financial advisory services to clients in the power sector.
