The Brownstein Corporation announced its CEO Howard Brod Brownstein has been named a Board Leadership Fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), the highest level of credentialing for corporate directors and corporate governance professionals.

NACD stated, “As an NACD Fellow, Mr. Brownstein has demonstrated his knowledge of the leading trends and practices that define exemplary corporate governance today, and has committed to developing professional insights through a sophisticated course of ongoing study.”

In addition to serving as CEO of The Brownstein Corporation, a turnaround management and restructuring firm, Brownstein served as an independent corporate board director for over 40 years. He currently serves as a director of P&F Industries and chairs its Strategic Planning & Risk Assessment and Nominating & Governance Committees, and also serves on its Audit Committee.

Brownstein also serves as a Board member of LMG2, a privately-owned infrastructure company in Chicago. He previously served as a board member of Special

“I am honored to join the distinguished and diverse group of individuals who make up NACD’s Fellowship program and who have committed to advancing the highest standards of boardroom leadership,” said Brownstein. “The resources, insights and connections I’ve made through NACD’s Fellowship program will be key assets to the companies I serve, as well as to my professional growth as a director.”
