Brownstein Corporation CEO Howard Brod Brownstein has been named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.

The Fellows of the American Bar Foundation is a global honorary society of lawyers, judges, law faculty, and legal scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society. Membership is limited to 1% of the lawyers admitted to practice in the United States and its territories, and to a limited number of lawyers in international jurisdictions.

Although Brownstein does not actively practice law, he maintains his admissions to the bars of Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Florida. His role as president of The Brownstein Corporation, a nationally-active turnaround management and restructuring firm, regularly involves legal processes, and close collaboration with law firms throughout the country.

Brownstein has served as an independent corporate board director for more than 40 years. He is a regular contributor to the ABF Journal.
