Bridge Capital Holdings, whose subsidiary is Bridge Bank, a full-service professional business bank, announced that Kelly Cook has joined its Technology Banking Division in San Jose.

“We’re very pleased to welcome Kelly to the Technology Banking Division,” said Michael Field, executive vice president and division manager at Bridge Bank. “Kelly’s extensive background in working with emerging high-tech companies will enable the bank to further grow its client portfolio of technology firms in the Silicon Valley.” Cook will work out of the bank’s headquarters in San Jose, and will initially serve in the role of vice president, relationship manager.

Cook added, “I’m thrilled to be joining the technology banking team at Bridge Bank, and am looking forward to contributing to the bank’s continued growth and success.” Cook was most recently general partner and managing director at Costella Kirsch, a venture debt firm providing structured debt solutions to emerging technology companies, where he managed a debt portfolio of nearly $130 million. Prior to that, he was a sales director at Adobe Systems in San Jose where he managed an enterprise solutions sales team for the North American region.
