BofA Business Capital Amends $60MM Facility for W.C. Bradley

In its capacity as administrative agent, Bank of America Business Capital has extended its asset-based credit facility for the W.C. Bradley Co. W.C. Bradley refinanced a $60 million revolver with the bank and will use the proceeds for general working capital purposes. With two credit facilities with Bank of America, W.C. Bradley continues to build on their more than 60-year relationship with the bank.

The W.C. Bradley Co., founded in 1885, is a privately owned company headquartered in Columbus, GA. Founded as a “cotton factoring” business, the company heritage includes operating diverse businesses in the textiles industry, farm implement manufacturing, row crop and livestock production, wholesale supply businesses meeting the needs of industrial and building contractors, retail businesses in outdoor sports equipment and licensed sports apparel, and barbecue grill manufacturing.

Today, it is comprised of the following family of companies focused on home and leisure products and services: CharBroil, ZEBCO Brands, Lamplight, W.C. Bradley Co. Real Estate LLC, and TourStop.
