Adac-Strattec amended its June 28, 2012 credit agreement, with BMO Harris as lender.
The amendment, among other things, temporarily increases the maximum borrowing availability under this secured revolving credit facility from $25 million to $30 million until June 30, 2019
Adac-Strattec is a majority-owned subsidiary of Strattec Security.
