BMO Harris Bank’s Sponsor Finance group announced the inaugural release of Transaction Trends, a new quarterly newsletter that includes data and commentary reflecting the state of the market for mid-size companies, typically those with less than $50 million in EBITDA.
The data, which is drawn from the group’s internal transaction review process, covers various points of interest for private equity sponsors, companies and other intermediaries, including use of loan proceeds, loan pricing, available leverage and financing structures of recent middle-market transactions.
“We believe that Transactions Trends provides real value for entities engaged in mid-market M&A and LBO activity,” said Dennis Robleski, group head for BMO Harris Bank’s Sponsor Finance group. “Most of the information available today focuses on the larger market, which can operate under a very different set of dynamics. Given our leadership position in the market, we believe we are uniquely qualified to accurately report on the current state of the middle market.”
Transaction Trends is free with an online registration and available at the BMO Harris Bank Resource Center.
