Robyn N. Burrows joined Blank Rome’s Washington, D.C. office as an associate in the Government Contracts group.

Burrows joined the firm from Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald. She concentrates her practice on government contracts and other complex commercial litigation matters.

Burrows is experienced in litigating complex construction and government contracts disputes, including claim prosecution and defense, drafting and negotiating claims and requests for equitable adjustment, and advising clients on matters relating to the Contract Disputes Act, the False Claims Act and contract termination procedures. She also has extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts and in various alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Prior to entering private practice, Burrows practiced administrative law at a nonprofit government accountability organization in Washington, D.C., representing clients before agencies and federal courts in matters involving statutory and constitutional challenges to federal regulations and agency decisions.

Burrows is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and Virginia.
