Barclays Refinances NPC International Credit Facilities

NPC International, Inc. announced that it has refinanced its outstanding $368 million term loan and $100 million revolving credit facility. Barclays Bank PLC is administrative agent and collateral agent.

The refinancing resulted in a 75 basis point reduction in the spread over LIBOR on the company’s term loan borrowings and a 175 basis point reduction in the spread over LIBOR on the company’s existing revolving credit facility. No other material changes were made to the company’s senior credit facility in the refinancing.
