Paul H. Shur has joined Wilentz, Goldman & Spitzer as a shareholder on the Banking/Creditors Rights team.

Shur has more than 30 years of experience handling all aspects of commercial and financial transactions, and related litigation enforcing and defending creditors’ rights. He has represented an array of clients in various nuanced areas: secured lending, asset-based lending, commercial finance, debt restructuring, sales and lease transactions, negotiable instruments and letters of credit.

Shur joins from Platzer, Swergold, Levine, Goldberg, Katz and Jaslow, where he was a partner. Prior to Platzer, Shur was an attorney-at-law at Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf. He also served as a partner at the firms of Blank Rome and Reed Smith.
