Antares Capital served as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on senior secured credit facilities to support the acquisition of Clinical Education Alliance by The Riverside Company.

“Antares’ healthcare services and continuing education sector knowledge supported their ability to commit quickly and underwrite the entire senior facility,” Anne Hayes, partner with The Riverside Company, said. “We know the Antares team well and appreciate their reliability and commitment to executing flexibly and flawlessly.”

“CEA is a market leader in the oncology and infectious diseases continuing medical education training market with a strong management team and favorable tailwinds in the pharma space,” Ken Chen, senior vice president with Antares, said. “We’re pleased to support Riverside and CEA as they continue to grow and execute CEA’s M&A strategy.”
