Alpesh Amin joined Conway MacKenzie’s Chicago team as a managing director. He will focus his efforts in the restructuring practice, helping to foster client relationships and business development opportunities.

With more than 16 years of experience in the areas of corporate finance, restructuring and management consulting, Amin most recently served as a managing director for Chicago-based Morris Anderson. There, he was responsible for sourcing, selling and providing restructuring and turnaround services to a range of private and public companies, in addition to serving as an interim manager and advisor.

Previously, he held consulting positions with Huron Consulting Group’s Corporate Advisory Services office, where he focused on restructuring and turnaround engagements, and with Bridge Associates, where he specialized in turnaround services and interim and wind-down management services. Amin was also a part of Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Group, providing mergers and acquisitions advisory services, and with Bank of America’s leveraged finance and syndications groups.

He is a Certified Turnaround Professional and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and Turnaround Management Association.
