Scheele specializes in sales and use and indirect tax with extensive experience advising energy sector portfolio companies. Evans focuses on international tax issues and works with clients on cross-border transactions, international business structuring matters and U.S. international tax compliance and provision concerns. Roche brings nearly 20 years of experience in all aspects of modern software design, development and deployment related to digital tax services. His extensive experience spans from hands-on full-stack software engineering and architecting complex systems to growing and leading multiple teams and working directly with tax and finance stakeholders.

Lewis and Renner advise private equity (PE) firms and strategic corporate buyers on global transaction tax concerns, help solve for risks related to U.S. and multinational target companies and create value with the structuring of proposed investments. Both come with extensive leadership experience and will be key in delivering the growth strategy of global transaction tax team in key markets like Boston and Dallas.

Harris brings 20 years of experience in advising company boards on all aspects of executive remuneration strategy, design and implementation.
