All Banks Pass Fed Stress Tests for First Time Since Testing Began

The Wall Street Journal reported that all 34 banks that underwent the annual stress test from the Federal Reserve had their capital plans approved.

The Journal noted that this is the first time since 2011 that all firms passed the tests.

The Journal said that dividend payouts and share buybacks will reach their highest levels since the Great Recession based on U.S. bank plans.
