Bernardo Silva joined AlixPartners as a managing director in its consumer products practice. He is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

An expert in guiding the growth and transformation of a variety of consumer-facing companies, Silva brings to his position 27 years of experience and deep expertise in strategy development and execution, mergers and acquisitions and operations improvement. He joins AlixPartners from Monitor Deloitte, the strategy-consulting arm of Deloitte, where he spent close to eight years as a senior managing director in that firm’s consumer products practice. Before that, he held leadership positions at other consultancies, including Roland Berger and Kearney. Earlier in his career he spent six years in various sales and brand-marketing roles at The Coca-Cola Company.
