AlixPartners announced a major commitment to and expansion of its advisory service offerings to underperforming companies and their constituents with the addition of Randall S. Eisenberg, a veteran practitioner with extensive experience advising senior managements, boards of directors and creditor constituents.

His background extends to numerous industries such as automotive, airlines, manufacturing, restaurants and retail, and he has served as a senior advisor to companies, secured lenders and unsecured creditors, as well as represented potential acquirers of distressed businesses. His high-profile engagements have included Delphi, Visteon, US Airways and Jackson Hewitt.
