Scott Pinsonnault joined AlixPartners, a global consulting firm, as a partner and managing director. Pinsonnault brings deep experience to all stakeholders in the energy industry as an advisor, in the c-suite, as an investment professional and a technical practitioner. He is based in the firm’s Dallas office.

Pinsonnault brings broad technical expertise in energy and the upstream oil and gas (O&G) and oilfield services sectors, as well as extensive leadership experience in complex financial and legal restructuring, including c-suite interim management roles such as CEO, CFO and CRO and has served on boards of directors. In addition, Pinsonnault has worked as an energy investment professional at GE Structured Finance Energy where he oversaw more than 40 reserve-based LP investments and other credit opportunities in O&G. He started his career at Texaco.
