The ABF Journal announced that registration is now open for the Sixth Annual Education and Networking Conference to be held on Thursday, April 4, 2013 at the Villanova University Conference Center in suburban Philadelphia. This year’s event is jointly sponsored by ABF Journal, the New York Institute of Credit and the Philadelphia Chapters of the Turnaround Management Association and the Commercial Finance Association.

This half-day event will feature a luncheon, three interactive educational discussion sessions led by moderators who are specialists in their respective fields, followed by a cocktail reception to facilitate networking.

The panel discussions will focus on today’s secured lending environment and will include topics such as: “Restructuring Alternatives to Contested In-Court Reorganizations,” “Perspectives From Asset-Based Lenders in Today’s Lending Environment” and “Views from the Bench.”

The panelists and moderators are leading experts in their fields and include legal, turnaround and asset-based lending specialists as well as U.S. Bankruptcy Court judges: Eric L. Frank, Eastern District of PA; Kevin Gross, District of DE, Kevin J. Carey, District of DE and Rosemary Gambardella, District of NJ.
