Rosanne Doyle is the product manager for asset-based lending and factoring at IDS. She brings her experience as a commercial loan executive and project manager to IDS, having previously. managed loan portfolios for factoring clients during her tenure at Bank of America. For the last 20 years, she has used her understanding of what lenders want and need to support the development and deployment of best-in-class NovaCS.NET and Stratus factoring systems.
Tree Buckingham is an accomplished transformational leader with decades of experience in specialty finance lending. She has extensive experience executing on all aspects of lending operations. Buckingham, who started in the industry in 1993, has served in various roles within commercial finance, including in the areas of collateral, audit, portfolio, underwriting and loan operations. Her industry experience has established her as a respected expert in the arena of mergers and acquisitions, system conversions and team building.
Vice President and EDI Coordinator, Rosenthal & Rosenthal
Mark Gorman is the electronic data interchange (EDI) coordinator at Rosenthal & Rosenthal, a privately-held factoring and finance company with offices in New York, Los Angeles and Atlanta. Gorman is responsible for system integration between clients, customers and Rosenthal as well as internal operations of all divisions.
During the formation of EDI standards for the finance industry, Gorman served on committees with the Commercial Finance Association (now the Secured Finance Network), the Uniform Code Council and DISA, helping to establish the guidelines for financial transactions to be exchanged electronically between multiple parties. Overall, Gorman has been in the finance industry for 20 years and has worked in EDI at prior companies involved in ocean freight, heavy industry and apparel.
