Howard Brownstein

President, The Brownstein Corporation

Howard Brownstein is the president of The Brownstein Corporation, a nationally-known turnaround and crisis management firm that provides turnaround management and advisory services to companies and their stakeholders, as well as investment banking services, fiduciary services, litigation consulting, investigations and valuation services. Brownstein is a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) and has been involved in several high-profile retail cases, including serving as plan administrator in Montgomery Ward LLC, the largest retail liquidation in history.

Brownstein also regularly serves as an independent corporate board member for publicly-held and privately-owned companies, as well as large nonprofits, and his board roles have included two retail firms. He has been named a board leadership fellow by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) and served as chair and president of its Philadelphia chapter.

Elena Goynatsky
Senior Vice President of Business Development, Gerber Finance

As senior vice president of business development/marketing at Gerber Finance, Elena Goynatsky is responsible for originating, analyzing and structuring a wide variety of transactions. Goynatsky’s extensive experience in marketing and credit provides her with a unique perspective, allowing her to meet clients’ needs. Prior to joining Gerber Finance in 2008, she worked at Wells Fargo and Bank Leumi.

 

Barry Kastner
Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director, Marco Financial

Barry Kastner is executive vice president and senior managing director of Marco Financial, a Miami and New York-based 2020 startup specialty lender serving SME’s in North America, Latin America and Europe. Kastner is a seasoned professional with more than 40 years of experience in asset-based lending, commercial banking, trade finance and factoring. His experience includes senior management positions at Bibby Financial Services, Siena Lending Group, TD Bank and Wachovia Capital Finance and its predecessor, Congress Financial, where he served as chief operating officer.

Keith Moellering
Senior Vice President, PNC Business Credit

Keith Moellering is the Mid-Atlantic regional sales manager for PNC Business Credit. In this role, Moellering manages a team of business development officers responsible for originating, structuring, underwriting and negotiating senior debt opportunities.

Previously, Moellering spent 10 years as a business development officer in PNC’s Mid-Atlantic region. During this time, Moellering originated and closed nearly 100 new transactions totaling more than $2 billion in new lending commitments in support of leveraged buy-outs/recapitalizations, refinancings and/or turnarounds.
